An online yoga class allowing those from anywhere, at anytime, to practice and join me to flow!
Service Description
Whether you're planning to attend this live weekly, or whether you're looking to receive recordings and do this in your own time, my online yoga classes are the ultimate flexi offering (pun intended) and cater to everyone!🤗 This hour-long session will begin with a short guided meditation allowing us to arrive on the mat, followed by guided breathwork (pranayama), after which the physical asana practice and flow will follow✨ All tied up with a gorgeous shavasana (everyone's favourite bit!!), you'll then be free to float through the rest of your day feeling balanced, relaxed, and at ease. Everyone is welcome in this class and modifications and adaptations will always be provided! TO JOIN THIS CLASS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE: 💕 A space to practice 💕 Your own yoga mat 💕 x2 yoga blocks 💕 A bolster or cushion (can just be a normal cushion from your sofa but anything that can offer a little support and/or added comfort!) Cancellation Policy
As this class can be completed either live or at your own chosen time with the recording, please note once you have paid for a session there will be no cancellations. Sessions will be available for up to 28 days after which they may become unavailable for storage purposes.
