We cannot WAIT to be offering you this this jam-packed 1.5 hour workshop full of ALL our favourite dynamic movements and the best high energy vibes. In this jam-packed 1.5 hour workshop, you can expect to learn and refine the following dynamic movements: 💥Beats Technique & Variations 💥Drops and Slides (to move around the hoop with DRAMA) 💥Catch & Release Skills PREREQUISITES FOR THIS WORKSHOP ARE AS FOLLOWS: 👉Intermediate+ level 👉Comfortable with straddle and front/pullover mounts 👉Confident working on the top bar 👉Dynamic experience useful but not necessary 👉Not suitable for beginners 🌟P.S - we will leave time at the end of the workshops for filming!!!🌟 We can't WAIT to see you there!!!
