Service Description

Hypermobile by nature but flexible by training, I've spent years learning and researching what it means to be flexible safely. My classes therefore focus on three key components: mobility, strength, and deep stretching, all of which will consist of targeted exercises to support you in reaching your flexibility goals safely (whilst having lots of fun together!). We'll be working monthly on a goal to keep things focused, whether this be the splits, your pancake, improving and deepening backbends, or working towards things like inversions - we'll be tackling everything you need to break things down and work towards your flexi goals! Whether you're an aerialist, dancer, or just someone looking to develop their range of motion and ease in their body safely, this class is a welcome space, and open to all levels. Modifications and props will always be provided!

Cancellation Policy

● No refunds can be issued for any missed session ● If you know you will miss a session due to holidays etc. Please insure you inform us at a month in advance or at the latest 14 days in advance so we can try and do our best to offer you a catch up lesson in another class! Catch up classes are depending on whether there is availability, we can not 100% guarantee a catch up class so please be aware when making a booking!
